• Expedited Shipping

  • Cost: $20.00 for all orders

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or holidays.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Items

• Lost Packages: If your package is lost, please contact our customer support team at info@trendserbuys.shop, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

• Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will assist you in processing a replacement or refund.

Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses and may charge an additional shipping fee if a package needs to be re-shipped.
